General terms and conditions of sale
The present general conditions of sale aim at defining the rights and obligations of REAL STAMM and the Customer of products presented by REAL STAMM on his site eshop.royal-mer.com (here in after "the website"). They apply exclusively between the company REAL STAMM, 40 rue Levavasseur, 35800 Dinard, Siret: 819 039 330 00033 (here in after "REAL STAMM") and any consumer physical person visiting or making a purchase via the said website (here in after referred to as "the Customer").
Any order placed with REAL STAMM therefore implies unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these conditions. These terms and conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by REAL STAMM, the applicable conditions being those in effect at the date of the order by the Customer.
2. PRODUCTS AND CONFORMITY
2.1. The Products offered for sale are presented on the website of ROYAL MER and accompanied by a description.
2.2. The Products offered by ROYAL MER comply with the standards applicable in France.
The elements such as photographs, texts, graphics as well as all information and features illustrating and / or accompanying the Products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges.
3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
3.1. The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold a parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the website.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to provide REAL STAMM with the real and necessary information needed to perform the service that is the subject of these conditions as requested online and according to his situation, including his name, first name, address, telephone number and valid email.
3.3. Once the order has been placed, REAL STAMM sends the Customer an e-mail confirming it. He informs him of the sending of the Products.
3.4. The Customer may change his data under the heading "my account".
4.1. All orders will be validated only after acceptance of the payment.
4.2. REAL STAMM reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of dispute with the Customer on a previous order.
4.3. REAL STAMM can accept orders within the limits of available stocks. He informs the Customer of the availability of Products sold on the website at the time of confirmation of the order.
5.1. The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros all French taxes included (French VAT and other possible applicable taxes), excluding shipping costs, participation in order processing fees and packaging costs.
Shipping costs, participation in order processing fees and packaging costs will be indicated in the Customer's basket, before final confirmation of the order.
Prices can be modified at any time, without notice and especially in case of change of tax or economic data. Items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of registration of the order.
6.1. REAL STAMM delivers its products in France and in all countries of the European Union and can, on request deliver in any country.
The products are shipped with the delivery note, to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery can not be made to hotels or post office boxes. Delivery times indicated on the site are indicative times, corresponding to the average time of processing and delivery. In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street, building, stair, access codes, names and / or intercom numbers, etc.).
In case of late delivery of more than 7 working days, if the product has not been shipped, the Customer may terminate the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and request the refund of his order.
If the item has been shipped before receiving the cancellation of the order for late delivery of more than 7 days, REAL STAMM will refund the item and shipping and return, upon receipt of the order, complete, in its original state and with all the labels.
REAL STAMM undertakes to inform the Customer of the progress of the processing of his order.
In case of damaged packages (already opened, missing products ...), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and REAL STAMM, by any means, all reserves within 3 days of receipt of the product.
REAL STAMM can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of routing not being of its fault.
The full payment must be made when ordering. At no time the sums paid can not be considered as a deposit or installments. The Customer pays his order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard), with his Paypal account or by bank transfer in accordance with the provisions of this article.
For any transaction, the Customer will indicate the number on the front of his card, the expiry date of his card and the cryptogram on the back of his card (last three digits).
The communication by the Customer of his credit card number is worth authorization for REAL STAMM to debit his account for the amount of his order.
No sending against payment will be accepted, whatever the reason.
REAL STAMM retains ownership of the item until full payment by the Customer. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions adopted by REAL STAMM are 100% secure. For payments by credit card (credit card, blue card visa and e-credit card), all information that Customers communicate to REAL STAMM are strictly protected and guarantee the compliance and security of each transaction.
8. RETURNS AND REIMBURSMENT OF PRODUCT(S)
RIGHT TO RETRACT
Within thirty (30) days from receipt of the order, the Customer may ask REAL STAMM for the return of the Product (s). Only gift packages can not be returned or refunded. This period may be extended to sixty (60) days in exceptional periods preceding Christmas for orders placed from November 15 to December 10.
To do this, the Customer will use the return form received with the order and which includes all the indications to return the Product (s). From France, a prepaid return label service is offered.
In the case of a return from a country other than France, the Customer must return at its expense the Product (s) except in the case where it would have received a product with a manufacturing defect or not corresponding to the initial order of the Customer.

The returned Product will be subject to a credit or will be refunded within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from receipt by REAL STAMM. In the case of a refund, it will be made by a credit of the amount to be refunded to the Client's bank account.
If the Customer does not comply with these conditions, including return or exchange conditions, REAL STAMM will not be able to refund the Products concerned.
9. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSABILITIES
REAL STAMM has, for all stages of access to the site, the process of ordering the shipment of the package or subsequent services, an obligation of means. 11. GUARANTEES AND RESPONSABILITIES

12. FORCE MAJEURE

13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
13.1. PARTIAL NON-VALIDITY OF A CLAUSE
If any provision of these conditions is declared void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will be declared unwritten and will not invalidate the other stipulations.

13.3. APPLICABLE LAW - COMPETENT COURT

Art. 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.
